How do I return an item?

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Refunds for merchandise will be issued to the original form of payment at name and address of the original order.

  • Items to be returned

You will receive an email with instructions on how to return your items.

We highly recommend shipping returns with a method that provides proof of delivery such as UPS, FedEx or USPS registered mail. SlidingDoorPartsDepot.com is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
